It was so great to learn about Dominic and Suzanne’s farm-to-table business in Rocky Mountain Flatbread. From sourcing out local ingredients in British Columbia to franchising their business to expand beyond our provincial borders is quite inspiring. They contribute to their local community in many ways including donating to their local food bank. Make sure you try their delicious flatbread pizza and everything else on their menu!!!
With Provincial Health Orders as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, unfortunately businesses like Rocky Mountain Flatbread took quite a hit. We put it out there a few months ago that we wanted to use a modest grant we received from Facebook to do some good and help get the word out on struggling businesses. We selected Rocky Mountain Flatbread to be one of our feature businesses in the Butter Bounce Back Project. Besides allowing us to pay it (the kindness of Facebook’s small business grant) forward, it just felt right that we help out as many fellow business owners out there as we can.
