Some people just have that energy — and from the second we met, I knew we had to do a completely unstructured, no-rules, let’s-just-go-create kind of shoot together. And honestly? It was sooooo much fun. Yes, the extra “o’s” are absolutely necessary.

We spent the evening wandering through Vancouver’s historic Chinatown, which also happens to be where their studio home base is tucked away. We explored old buildings, stumbled across vintage furniture, hidden corners, random textures, weird little finds, and basically anything that caught our eye along the way. No strict plan, no pressure — just good vibes, nonstop laughs, and creating as we went.

And naturally, the night had to end properly with some unreal eats at Chinatown BBQ to cap everything off.

For the edits, I created two completely different looks for the gallery. One version keeps things natural and cinematic, while the second dives headfirst into a hypercolour aesthetic that feels bold, electric, and a little chaotic in the best way possible — which honestly matched the energy of the shoot perfectly.
